We have a very high ROI business model. A Channel Partner is liable to get 3% of commission on Ex-Factory Value. i.e If you get a direct order of one Farm house, which has a value of 2 CR Ex Factory then you will get 6 Lacs Rs.

Technical Questions for Moduco:

We use table moulds, and other types of moulds, specified form-work, RMC with patented admixtures, along with cutting edge latest construction technology to give accurate casting.

Traditional wall is made of bricks, and plaster. There is no such comparison between brick wall and concrete wall.

We take 50% less time compared to traditional.

Column & Beam In modular construction is also possible,

By designing a Load bearing structure, using correct methodology, modular construction is possible, This eliminates the high number of wall-column rebates, and
beam-slab rebates in adjacent thickness variations

Minimum 1 ton. But, depending upon the size & span of project

By road truck of 20 ft, 40 ft, low bed truck, normal bed. Depending on the size of the unit and it’s components (panels vs pods), the truck requirement will be optimised. However, once a 50k+ sq.ft. requirement is initiated in the territory, the transport cost will become negligible.

Plinth height depends upon the contour survey and the road Level. And this work is not in Moduco scope, it is in client scope.

The standard maximum of 8 ft X 10 ft, 8 ft X 20 ft size is possible, but with respect to logistic challenges, Bigger size wall is also possible depending on the project. We have done upto 12 ft X 40 ft also.

There are many methods to join panels, like e tongue-and-groove e C-type joints e cast-in-pace e Nut-Bolt etc. This depends on the requirements of the projects. No joints will be visible after installation and our journey treatment. We give a 10 years warranty on water seepage.

All panels having concealed conduits placed during formwork before concrete and will get connected after wall joinery and wires will travel from conduits. Wire will not be visible after installation.

If itis in a pod format & and if kitchen wall plumbing is concealed in the wall.

All panels having concealed plumbing placed during formwork before concrete and will get connected after wall joinery. The same procedure follows but during assembly of Wall to POD connections done at factory and only inlet and outlet set at any one side of POD

8 ft. L X 8ft. B X 7ft. H, With a combination of such components, larger pool sizes may be achieved.

If we need a swimming pool in POD format then maximum width can keep 8 ft , but if we want to make it in panel format then any size can be possible. Traditional methods are time consuming ,complicated, and may get affected due to soil erosion, waterproofing failure. All this can be avoided using modular construction.

Hybrid concrete integrates precast concrete and cast in-situ concrete to make best advantage of their different inherent qualities, it is used for achieving high strength and has load bearing capacity. whereas form concrete is a type of lightweight concrete typically made by mixing water, cement and foam. Form concrete can not work for structural members , but as non structural members.

It purely depends on the feasibility of the projects. Maximum 80% work can be done at the factory like sizing, cutting, placement of floor marble and assembly at site this will save lots of energy and time at site.

If products are shipped in panel form, There will be electrical pipes inside the panels and panels will be joined so as electrical pipes also.
